From its start in a tiny shack back in 2004, Wing Shack grew through a dedication to the perfect chicken wing, good karma, and a whole lot of duct tape. What began as a simple idea—serving up crispy wings with unforgettable sauces—quickly turned into something more, thanks to the loyalty of wing lovers and a commitment to create a sense of community with our team and our guests. One location turned into two, then three, then many more. Each new Shack carried the same values: serve great food, treat people well, and stay connected to the communities that made it all possible. Through every expansion, every leap of faith, and every deep fryer hauled into place, the heart of Wing Shack remained the same. Today, it’s a family of 14 restaurants—spanning from as far south as Boulder to as far north as Cheyenne.
